The Comprehensive Group were contacted by the school as they required a new sign and lettering installing to a recently refurbished building on the school site. The sign installation required several intricate parts to be fitted to create a finished sign depicting the school’s full name and coat of arms.
As a result of the signs required installation location and limited access via a traditional means, scaffolding or truck-mount, the easiest and most versatile means to access the area that the sign was required to be fixed to was via rope access. Like all our Projects, and initial site inspection / survey was carried out to ascertain the best access method and also discuss with the client a plan of action for installation day. After initial survey, The Comprehensive Team re-attended site to carry out the Portsmouth sign installation.
