This can be new builds prior to client handover, existing commercial buildings between occupant changeover or annual building envelope cleans. Our building clean service includes deep clean of frames, glass and glazing and can be extended to cover façade components at regular intervals. Like all our abseil access works we only employ IRATA trained level three technicians with the relevant industry expertise. Our in house teams hold an extensive knowledge base and have worked on a range of buildings across the United Kingdom from modern, contemporary structures to historic buildings. Our approach is unique, we’ll guide our clients in ensuring the most cost effective solution is used without compromising the buildings integrity and history. Combining our building cleaning and restoration knowledge with our abseil access expertise allows us to offer our clients a flexible approach to resolving their cleaning requirements whilst helping to restore and preserve the building’s envelope.
If your building requires a deeper clean we are able to use pressure cleaning to achieve the required outcome. We are able to conduct deep or pressure cleans to the entire building envelope, including facades, extractor louvers, cladding and glass canopies. We use a range of cleaning equipment from steam cleaning to environmentally friendly detergents so the end result is like new!
Sticking to our name, The Comprehensive Group, our cleaning services are comprehensive. Along with our new build cleaning service and deep cleans we are also able to offer vegetation removal as a service. The removal of vegetation on all building structures will ensure no growth will return as a result of treating the affected area with a selection of environmentally friendly vegetation controlling formulas. As part of our service we are also able to provide pre and post works pictures within a bound report for your client to see for themselves the outcome of our abseil cleaning works.
